Everything you need to work a territory on purpose

Map your coverage, track your network and prospects, plan call-list trips, and loop in the right people — all in one place.

Territory mapping

Draw your coverage by state, zip, or a hand-drawn area on the map, and see every advisor and firm that falls inside it.

My Network & Prospects

Rank the people you already know, track prospects you're building toward, and see how many other wholesalers already have them in their book.

Trip planning

Turn a search area into a named, dated call list with per-person call status, notes, and follow-ups — then duplicate it for the next swing.

Calendar sync

Subscribe to a trip's confirmed meetings from Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, and watch every stop update automatically as the itinerary changes.

Custom lists

Upload your own spreadsheet of advisors with a ready-made CSV template, then organize contacts into named lists you can share with a connection.

Warm introductions

Connect with other wholesalers, TPAs, and consultant relations on the platform, then selectively share a contact or a trip's call list — view-only, with a note.

Shared directory

Every account comes preloaded with a shared, admin-curated directory of 50,000+ advisors and firms — city and AUM already filled in — filtered to exactly the states and firms you cover.

Account delegation

Internal wholesaler supporting an external one? Grant full account access so they can add, edit, and manage on your behalf, no shared logins.

Who it's for

One territory. Six roles who all touch it.

Everyone working a retirement plan territory sees a different slice of the same map. 401Turf gives each of them a reason to open the app.

Recordkeeping wholesalers

Know who else is calling on your advisors before you dial, and turn a crowded territory into a coordinated one.

DCIO wholesalers

See which recordkeeping wholesalers, TPAs, and consultant relations are already working your territory, so your story lands with the right context.

TPAs

Spot advisors worth introducing to wholesalers, and get credit for the intro.

Consultant Relations

Track relationships across every strategic firm you call on, and share the right contact at the right time.

Internal wholesalers

Use it as your own prospecting tool to build out a territory from your desk, or back up your external wholesaler with full account access -- add contacts, plan trips, and keep their territory moving while they're in the field, no shared logins required.

Sales leaders

See territory coverage and network depth across your whole team, not just one rep's spreadsheet.

How it works

Three steps to a working territory

1

Map your territory

Declare your coverage nationally, by state, or by drawing a local area — 401Turf filters the shared directory down to exactly what's yours.

2

Build your network

Add advisors and firms to My Network or Prospects, rank them, and plan named, dated trips around them.

3

Ask for the warm intro

Connect with the other wholesalers, TPAs, and consultant relations already in the account, and share a contact or trip instead of starting cold.

FAQ

Questions about your data

Sharing contacts, trips, and lists with other wholesalers is a big part of 401Turf -- here's exactly how it works and who's in control.

Every account gets access to a shared, curated directory of advisors and firms, plus a network of other wholesalers who may share contacts, trips, and lists with you. Keeping signups invite-only means everyone in that network is a verified wholesaler, TPA, or consultant-relations professional -- not a stranger who stumbled onto the site. If you don't have an invite, use the "Ask to Join" button and we'll follow up.

The shared directory is built from Form 5500 filings -- the annual disclosures retirement plans are required to file with the Department of Labor, which are public record. We aggregate and organize that public filing data (advisor or broker of record, plan sponsor, city, AUM) into a searchable directory filtered to your territory. It isn't pulled from any private CRM, and it doesn't include anyone's personal contacts.

No. Anything you add yourself -- a personal contact, a trip, an uploaded list -- is private to your account until you choose to share it. Nothing you create is ever automatically visible to another wholesaler.

You pick who to share with from your accepted connections, and they get notified. They can view what you shared, but nothing is copied into their own account until they take an action to accept it -- a shared trip stays view-only, and a shared list only becomes their own editable copy once they accept it. You can stop sharing with any individual person at any time, right from that trip or list.

No. Stopping a share only removes that person's ongoing access -- it doesn't reach into their account and delete anything. If they'd already accepted a shared list into their own My Lists, that copy is theirs and stays put.

Yes. Sharing is only offered to accepted connections in My Connections -- you send or accept a connection request first, and either side can decline. There's no way to share with, or receive a share from, someone you're not connected to.

Delegate Access is for one wholesaler who needs to fully run another's account on their behalf -- commonly an internal wholesaler supporting an external one. Instead of handing over a login, the account owner grants a delegate direct access to add, edit, and manage everything in it. It's request-based, and the owner can revoke it at any time from Settings > Delegate Access.

Yes -- that's the point of delegation, since they're meant to be acting as you, not just viewing your data. Because of that, delegate access is granted individually, is always visible under Settings > Delegate Access on both sides, and can be revoked immediately by the account owner.

No. 401Turf isn't in the business of selling contact or account data. The shared directory is built from public Form 5500 filings, and anything you personally add stays under your control -- visible only to you, and to whoever you explicitly share it with or delegate access to.
